In addition to these consumer brands, Dr. Oetker India serves both retail and foodservice channels through multiple brands, including its Professional range for QSR and HoReCa customers.
Role Overview
The organization is hiring a Senior Key Account Manager for the QSR segment to manage strategic customer relationships, unlock business expansion, and ensure a high-quality experience across major quick service restaurant accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main contact for important QSR customers and manage their daily business requirements.
- Develop long-term partnerships with existing accounts and help bring new QSR clients on board.
- Create account expansion plans and handle yearly commercial discussions, including RFPs and pricing agreements.
- Work with NPD, Supply Chain, Operations, and other teams to support successful launches and smooth service execution.
- Monitor account performance, spot growth opportunities, and work to fully develop each account’s potential.
- Keep track of market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to support business growth.
- Review sales patterns, innovation possibilities, and market movement to suggest effective growth actions.
- Make sure products and services are delivered on time while maintaining strong customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills
- A graduate or postgraduate degree in business management, sales, marketing, hospitality, or a related discipline is required.
- Advanced certifications will be considered an added advantage.
- 8–10 years of experience in sales and key account management is preferred, especially in QSR, food & beverage, FMCG, or food ingredients.
- Strong capability in building relationships, negotiating, and managing commercial discussions.
- Demonstrated success in growing business and consistently meeting or surpassing sales targets.
- Good problem-solving ability, communication skills, and stakeholder coordination.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, customer-centric environment.
