Role summary
This full-time Senior IT Support Specialist position is based in the Philadelphia, PA area and involves delivering technical assistance to clients both remotely and through on-site visits. The role focuses on diagnosing and resolving issues related to desktop systems, physical and virtual servers, basic networking, information technology, and help desk operations.
Key duties
- Provide day-to-day technical support to end users and client environments.
- Investigate and resolve problems involving desktops, servers, cloud-based Microsoft 365 services, and basic network connectivity.
- Deliver help desk support and assist with general IT service requests.
- Support clients through remote troubleshooting and in-person site visits when needed.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with technical support and help desk operations.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues across desktops, servers, Microsoft 365 cloud services, and basic networking.
- Background in information technology.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
