Team Overview

The Investment and Pension Products (IPP) team focuses on helping clients achieve returns beyond typical safe bank deposits. Their mission encompasses creating products that maximize returns balanced against risk and assist customers in selecting investments aligned with their risk tolerance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage responsibilities across the full investment product lifecycle.
• Lead strategic initiatives such as launching new investment products, asset classes, and strategies.
• Act as a primary stakeholder in developing both financial and non-financial features of Raisin's web and mobile applications.
• Support communication efforts related to investments and capital markets for customer relationship management, webinars, and website content.
• Collaborate in identifying optimal exposure opportunities for customers to new asset classes through instrument evaluation and selection.
• Analyze customer data quantitatively and qualitatively to deepen understanding of investment behaviors.
• Serve as the main liaison for capital market matters across Raisin’s teams.
• Advocate and represent the team’s investment philosophy internally and externally.

Candidate Profile

• Broad expertise in investments with a generalist perspective; pension product experience is advantageous.
• Preferred educational background includes degrees in economics, finance, mathematics, or natural sciences.
• Alternatively, candidates with other qualifications, including business, demonstrating a commitment to evidence-based and empirical approaches in investments and business are valued.
• Capable of independent work, confident in making risk-informed decisions.
• Communication is precise and clear.
• Possess a good sense of humor and modesty.
• Focused on results but attentive to process quality.
• Familiarity with programming and basic software development workflows is a plus.
• Experience with pension products enhances candidacy.
