Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients to assess their requirements and successfully convert leads into confirmed projects.
• Create concept designs, develop space plans, assemble mood boards, and prepare presentation drawings for client review.
• Produce detailed working drawings and collaborate closely with execution teams to ensure design intent is followed.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), specify materials, and estimate project costs accurately.
• Conduct site visits for taking measurements, design validation, and maintaining quality assurance during execution.
• Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and project stakeholders to streamline project progress.
• Deliver presentations of design proposals and guide clients in selecting suitable materials.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule while upholding high quality standards.
• Meet monthly sales targets and ensure effective project conversion rates.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships throughout the duration of the project.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray or Lumion, 3ds Max (preferred), Photoshop, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Comprehensive understanding of residential interiors, construction processes, materials, and execution methodologies.
• Excellent presentation skills combined with strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Experience in BOQ preparation and accurate project cost estimations.
• Self-motivated and driven with a clear focus on achieving targets.

Preferred Candidate Attributes

• Hands-on experience managing projects from initial concept through to final handover.
• Passionate about design coupled with effective business development competencies.
• Ownership of two-wheeler and willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and site inspections.

Eligibility

Applicants should hold a B.Sc degree or Diploma in Interior Design, a B.Arch in Architecture or Interior Architecture, or a Bachelor of Design (B.Des.) in Furniture Design.
