About the Role
We are looking for an experienced consultant to join our Career team as a Senior Human Resources Transformation Consultant. In this position, you will lead transformative HR projects that integrate AI, automation, and data-driven strategies to accelerate outcomes, enhance decision-making, and modernize HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and grow business and client relationships by generating revenue from new clients and expanding existing partnerships, focusing on mid-to-large organizations.
- Lead discussions with clients on leveraging AI and automation to enhance HR functions across the employee lifecycle and drive business results.
- Develop comprehensive solution proposals that combine HR strategy, technology, and AI capabilities; manage negotiation and contract execution.
- Act as a local market leader representing the company in HR transformation by integrating strategy, operating model design, digital employee experience, process redesign, technology enablement, and organizational adoption centered on AI-native HR functions.
- Oversee complete delivery of client projects, ensuring quality and value of outputs while managing project timelines, scopes, and budgets.
- Mentor junior consultants in modern HR approaches, analytics, and AI integration, serving as a knowledgeable resource.
- Contribute to internal thought leadership, methodology advancement, and marketing materials focused on AI-driven HR transformation, collaborating across departments to promote integrated solutions.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, HR management, organizational psychology, or related fields; advanced degrees preferred.
- At least 8 years of external consulting experience in HR transformation with mid-to-large organizations.
- Minimum 10 years of program management experience on extensive, multi-stream projects.
- Comprehensive HR domain expertise with in-depth knowledge of at least three areas among AI enablement, HR strategy, HR technology, organizational effectiveness, HR operating models, process redesign, and employee experience.
- Well-rounded insight into the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, talent management, rewards, performance, and learning.
- Hands-on experience with major HRIS platforms like Workday or SuccessFactors and specialized HR technologies such as recruitment, payroll, learning, and talent management tools.
- Familiarity with shared services platforms (e.g., ServiceNow) for case, knowledge, and document management.
- Proven implementation experience with digital automation solutions, including RPA, conversational AI/chatbots, and advanced analytics or machine learning in HR environments.
- Practical expertise with generative AI and large language models, including identifying use cases, designing prompts, evaluating vendors, understanding data needs, validating models, and ensuring safe deployment.
- Strong commercial and consulting skills, including business development, financial planning, proposal drafting, and executive-level presentations.
- Ability to craft innovative solutions combining HR strategy, technology, and AI to address complex client challenges efficiently.
- Excellent collaboration, mentoring capabilities, and stakeholder management skills.
