About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Recruiter to fully manage the recruitment process for our expanding teams. Operating remotely from Dubai, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers to attract, evaluate, and secure top-tier candidates across the UAE and the broader region. The role demands proactive sourcing of challenging-to-find talent, ensuring a seamless candidate journey, and utilizing data and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to maintain efficient hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, starting from the job intake and briefing to candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer preparation, and onboarding transition.
  • Work alongside hiring managers to define job requirements, craft precise job descriptions, and establish feasible hiring schedules.
  • Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, talent networks, and direct headhunting strategies.
  • Conduct candidate screenings through CV assessments, structured phone interviews, and competency-based evaluations.
  • Maintain the Applicant Tracking System with up-to-date candidate records, pipelines, and statuses.
  • Arrange and coordinate interviews while collecting structured feedback and keeping candidates and stakeholders informed during each recruitment phase.
  • Draft, negotiate, and present competitive offers aligned with UAE market standards and company salary bands.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to UAE labor laws and visa or work permit criteria.
  • Monitor and analyze key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, hiring sources, and offer acceptance rates.
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for crucial and recurring job openings.
  • Promote a professional, inclusive, and positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of five years recruitment experience within the UAE market.
  • Demonstrated ability in managing end-to-end recruitment across various functions and hierarchical levels.
  • Proficient in using ATS platforms like Workday, Greenhouse, Taleo, Bullhorn, SmartRecruiters, or comparable systems.
  • Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong sourcing expertise including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and direct headhunting.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of UAE labor law, visa procedures, and local talent market dynamics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Recruitment experience across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region.
  • Proficiency in spoken and/or written Arabic.
  • Possession of HR or recruitment certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, or AIRS/LinkedIn Certified Recruiter.
  • Background in fast-paced, high-growth, or recruitment agency settings.
