Senior HRIS Specialist

Role overview

We are looking for a proactive Senior HRIS Specialist who can support the Human Resources function by managing HR technology, keeping employee records accurate, producing meaningful reports, and helping improve systems and user experience.

What you will do

• Administer HR systems, maintain employee records, and update system settings and configurations.
• Protect data quality, support stable system performance, and follow data governance requirements.
• Create and update HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics outputs.
• Deliver KPI tracking and actionable insights to help HR and business leaders make decisions.
• Assist with HR process automation, system upgrades, and broader digital transformation work.
• Test system changes and help roll out new HRIS functions and modules.
• Track integrations between systems and carry out recurring data quality checks.
• Support HRIS users through troubleshooting, training, and clear documentation.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to solve issues and enhance the user experience.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in HRIS, HR operations systems, or HR technology.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS tools such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Workday, BambooHR, Jisr, or comparable platforms.
• Practical exposure to HR reporting, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
• Strong knowledge of core HR workflows, including recruitment, payroll, employee lifecycle management, and organizational structure.
• Background in system implementation, testing, integrations, and process automation.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with reporting tools.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of data governance, system controls, and information security practices.
