Role overview
This is a newly created senior HR generalist role within a high-performing HR team, created to support strong growth planned through 2026 and beyond. The position offers the chance to help strengthen the people platform of the business while developing professionally in a fast-moving environment.
Core focus
The main priority for this role is talent acquisition and recruitment coordination, working closely with the Head of Talent across the employee journey, including hiring, onboarding, and offboarding support.
The role is best suited to someone who performs well in a dynamic, entrepreneurial setting and can deliver a strong service experience to hiring managers and internal stakeholders. Experience in investment management, financial services, energy, or infrastructure growth environments would be especially relevant.
Talent acquisition and recruitment
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process for legal, technical, commercial, and leadership positions.
- Take responsibility for the planning, execution, and completion of the company’s internship programs.
Onboarding and integration
- Design onboarding processes tailored to different business units.
- Coordinate and improve the onboarding journey for new starters so their transition into the organization is seamless.
People and culture projects
- Support wider HR work such as performance management, learning and development, and compensation benchmarking.
- Spot opportunities to improve processes, with a focus on efficiency and better employee experience.
Requirements
This role requires someone who can work fully onsite from the office. Experience within energy, infrastructure, or financial services would be advantageous.
