Role Overview

The Senior HR Assistant will support the Divisional HR team by executing HR functions and managing documentation related to staffing, policy enforcement, leave management, medical services, payroll processing, terminations, and accommodation arrangements. The assistant will report progress and results to the HR Supervisor using suitable systems.

Requirements

• Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least one year of relevant experience in HR activities.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Basic command of the English language.
• Ability to perform data entry and conduct data analysis.
