- Run monthly in-house payroll activities, including gathering payroll inputs, checking salary revisions and claims, preparing CPF submissions, handling IRAS reporting, and ensuring compliance with relevant statutory obligations.
- Administer employee benefits, insurance enrolments, and other HR documentation accurately and on time.
- Manage general office administration tasks, including maintenance coordination, renovation support, procurement, visa and work pass applications or renewals, vendor and contract management, season parking, and travel arrangements.
- Work with external vendors and contribute to internal HR or office initiatives, along with other assigned administrative duties.
- Handle sensitive employee and business information carefully and professionally.
Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of practical, end-to-end in-house payroll processing experience, including income tax filing.
- Strong knowledge of local employment laws and statutory requirements, including CPF, IRAS, MOM, and TAFAP.
- A mature, practical, and professional working style, with good judgement and the ability to adapt to changing business needs while maintaining confidentiality.
- Self-driven, resourceful, and comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment.
- Excellent attention to detail, strong organisation skills, and effective verbal and written communication.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and payroll software or HR information systems.
- Able to join on short notice is an added advantage.
- This is a full-time, on-site role based in Changi Business, Singapore.
