• Competitive base salary between 65,000 and 70,000 USD with substantial potential for increased responsibility and leadership roles.

Position Overview

We are searching for a proactive, detail-focused Healthcare Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts. This role demands sourcing, screening, and placing qualified healthcare practitioners across diverse specialties while partnering closely with hiring managers to ensure recruitment aligns with patient care excellence.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in locum tenens medical recruitment, handling end-to-end processes including marketing, screening, contracting, onboarding, credentialing, and candidate relationship management.
• Expertise recruiting across multiple clinical specialties such as family medicine and emergency medicine locum positions; experience in permanent placement is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related fields preferred; comparable experience considered.
• Motivation to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth setting, seeking career progression rather than merely employment.
• Experience collaborating with Indian Health Services or other government healthcare entities is a valued plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete recruitment lifecycle from candidate sourcing and screening through hiring and onboarding.
• Independently identify and engage active and passive candidates using job boards, social networks, events, and industry contacts.
• Collaborate with hiring leaders to tailor recruitment strategies to specific role requirements.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs, enabling rapid organizational growth.
• Ensure exceptional candidate experience by providing clear communication and support throughout recruitment stages.
• Keep abreast of healthcare labor market trends and best hiring practices to maintain competitive advantage.
• Enhance employer branding by effectively communicating our mission, culture, and values in all recruitment materials and interactions.
• Ensure full compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations at federal, state, and local levels.
