Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Health & Safety Manager to provide leadership for health and safety assurance across active construction sites. This role involves promoting a consistent culture of safety, working closely with project and site teams, influencing standards among multiple stakeholders, and ensuring safe execution on major projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily health and safety assurance tasks on active construction projects.
• Collaborate with project teams to implement risk mitigation measures and enforce safe working procedures.
• Perform site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with established health and safety standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years' experience managing health and safety on large-scale construction projects.
• Proven background in overseeing health and safety for major infrastructure, commercial building, or multi-site construction programs.
• Comprehensive understanding of health and safety assurance processes, including audits and inspections.
• Familiarity with Saudi construction safety regulations, ISO 45001 standards, and contractor HSE requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to prepare reports and present safety information to senior stakeholders such as project directors, clients, and site leadership.
• Experience conducting incident investigations is advantageous.
• Possession of a relevant health and safety qualification like NEBOSH, IOSH, or an equivalent certificate is beneficial.
