Role Overview

The clinic is looking for a Senior Hair Transplant Technician who can contribute strong technical support during hair restoration procedures while upholding clinical standards, patient comfort, and respectful care.

Core Responsibilities

• Support doctors throughout FUE hair transplant procedures.
• Carry out graft extraction and placement where local rules and clinic protocols allow it.
• Receive, sort, count, and organise harvested grafts according to established process steps.
• Maintain proper hydration and preservation of grafts during the procedure.
• Assist with implantation and placement to help achieve natural-looking density and growth direction.
• Follow strict aseptic technique and infection-control practices at all times.
• Prepare patients before treatment and support them throughout the procedure.
• Communicate pre-procedure and aftercare guidance clearly to patients.
• Observe patient comfort and wellbeing during treatment sessions.
• Assist with follow-up assessments and record patient progress.
• Set up treatment rooms, tools, consumables, and equipment before procedures.
• Maintain detailed records including procedure notes, graft counts, photos, and other clinical documentation.
• Help ensure hair transplant equipment remains functional and well maintained.
• Support stock control for transplant-related supplies and consumables.
• Mentor junior hair technicians and other clinical team members.
• Promote consistent graft handling and procedural quality across the team.
• Take part in training, process improvement, and quality initiatives.
• Contribute to the refinement of workflows and clinical protocols.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience assisting with FUE hair transplant procedures.
• Good knowledge of graft extraction, handling, preservation, and implantation fundamentals.
• High level of precision and commitment to excellent outcomes.
• Strong collaboration and communication abilities.
• A caring, patient-first, and professional approach.
• Ability to remain accurate and consistent during lengthy procedures.
• Experience coaching or supervising junior staff will be considered an advantage.

Work Environment

This is a full-time onsite position based in Singapore.
