Role Summary

As a Senior Growth Manager specializing in Online Marketing for bitiba, your role is to propel both sales and profit margins across various markets. You will pinpoint and expand significant growth opportunities throughout the entire customer journey, focusing heavily on digital marketing channels like SEA and SEO. Your insights will directly influence scalable growth strategies across different countries, customer segments, and product categories.

Key Responsibilities

• Discover and implement impactful growth strategies across marketing channels, targeted customer groups, and product lines to boost net sales and profitability.
• Continuously assess channel performance by country and customer base, collaborating with Marketing Managers to adjust actions based on market intelligence and trends.
• Convert data on customer behavior, competitor strategies, and market conditions into actionable growth initiatives.
• Partner strategically with Marketing, Category Management, and Central Promo teams to lead cross-functional growth projects ensuring coordinated execution aligned with customer needs.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on commercial KPIs such as net contribution, net sales, contribution margin 1, customer lifetime value, and retention for transparent performance tracking.
• Develop comprehensive business cases for critical growth projects to optimize resource distribution.
• Champion efficient and scalable processes and workflows across various markets and team structures.

Candidate Qualifications

• Extensive experience in online and performance marketing channels (SEA, SEO, affiliate marketing) coupled with a strong data-driven approach.
• Proven skills in analyzing complex data sets and translating these insights into clear commercial actions, along with a solid grasp of essential e-commerce performance indicators.
• Experience collaborating across departments such as Marketing, CRM, and Category Management.
• Strong business acumen with the capacity to prioritize and autonomously drive multiple initiatives.
• Effective stakeholder management abilities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Methodical and practical in execution, combined with analytical problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communicator, able to work effectively in international and multicultural environments.
• Possession of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related disciplines.
