Job description
About the Company
InfoTrack is a SaaS technology business that supports professionals, organisations, and individuals in a digital-first environment. The company focuses on understanding client challenges and improving its products so they deliver greater value.
Role Overview
This position is part of ATI Global’s Group Finance team based in Sydney and works across all Group entities. It is a senior, practical analyst role within the Group Finance and Data BI function. The job blends data management with finance partnering, so it is neither a purely engineering position nor a purely dashboard-focused role. The right person will be comfortable handling data directly while also working closely with finance and commercial stakeholders.
The role is split approximately equally between two core areas: first, managing non-financial data across the Group to create a single dependable source of truth; and second, supporting Group FP&A and Group M&A through analysis of non-financial drivers, customer and product trends, pricing, and due diligence work.
Key Responsibilities
- Bring together customer, product, billing, and operational information across multiple Group entities and keep it well managed.
- Create and improve scalable data models that can be used for reporting, forecasting, and business analysis.
- Review, clean, match, and verify complex datasets, including aligning billing records with financial information in NetSuite.
- Set up and uphold master data governance practices across the Group.
- Design automated pipelines and reporting tools that improve efficiency and strengthen data quality.
- Work with finance and other business teams to provide reliable insights that support decisions.
- Contribute to strategic work such as forecasting, performance reporting, and M&A due diligence.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
- Strong knowledge of SaaS and subscription metrics such as ARR, MRR, churn, GRR, NRR, expansion revenue, seat analysis, and plan analysis, as well as transactional platform measures such as order volume, average order value, customer frequency, attach rate, and per-order pricing.
- Background in analysing customer, product, pricing, and revenue information across complex business models. Applicants whose experience is only in IT or data engineering, without commercial analytics exposure, will not be considered.
- Experience working with finance, commercial, and operational stakeholders in Australia.
- High accuracy and strong attention to detail, with experience producing outputs used for board papers, audits, and other critical business decisions.
- At least 4 years of experience in a senior data analyst, commercial analyst, FP&A analyst, or business analyst position with substantial involvement in both analysis and stakeholder management.
- Advanced hands-on SQL skills and the ability to independently pull, assess, and check data.
- Experience in cleansing, reconciling, and governing master data, including customer, product, and billing records.
- Ability to define, document, and manage business metrics in collaboration with non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Rewards and Culture
The company offers a strong development environment with professional growth plans, technical training, leadership programs, and clear progression pathways. It also recognises employee contributions through formal recognition programs and an employee share scheme. Workplace perks include a well-stocked snack cupboard, weekly catered lunches, free breakfast every morning, and locally run social committees that organise office events such as table tennis competitions.
Health and wellbeing benefits include fully covered gym memberships, monthly in-house massages, progressive leave policies, and access to an Employee Assistance Program.
Equal Opportunity
InfoTrack is an inclusive employer and welcomes applications from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, as well as candidates of all cultures, abilities, sexes, and genders.
Additional Information
This is a senior, hands-on analyst position based in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. It is a full-time onsite role. The work is designed for someone who enjoys building capability from the ground up and wants to help shape how the organisation uses data across the Group.
