Role Overview
Muscle Republic is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to help shape how the brand shows up across digital and offline channels. This position leads concept development and delivery of graphic design work for websites, email marketing, social media, and paid advertising, all while staying aligned with the company’s fitness-led vision.
Reporting to the Senior Creative Manager, this is a hands-on creative role for someone who is passionate about design, enjoys working as part of a collaborative team, and is ready to play a key part in building the brand identity.
Key Responsibilities
- Turn creative ideas into engaging visual assets that connect with the audience.
- Create polished designs for events, activations, and campaigns that carry the same brand feel across online and offline channels.
- Build original templates, artwork, sketches, and illustrations to support marketing activity across web, social, advertising, and out-of-home placements.
- Produce weekly email campaigns and automated flows using Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Design promotional banners and imagery for the website and app.
- Develop assets for organic social media and paid social campaigns based on briefs.
- Create motion graphics for social, digital, and campaign use with tools such as Adobe After Effects.
- Plan and manage timelines so work is delivered on schedule and within budget, while balancing multiple briefs at once.
- Review design performance data and use the insights to guide future creative decisions.
- Support the Junior Graphic Designer through mentoring, feedback, creative guidance, and development support.
- Bring fresh, bold ideas while staying true to Muscle Republic’s brand standards and visual guidelines.
About You
You should have around 4 to 5 years of experience in graphic design, ideally within fitness, activewear, or retail. A strong portfolio is important, especially one that shows work across organic and paid social, web, and out-of-home campaigns.
The right person will be a team-oriented creative who works well in a shared environment, thinks both strategically and imaginatively, and can handle multiple deadlines without losing quality. You’ll also need confidence with design tools, motion graphics, video editing, and creative performance analysis, along with experience supporting or mentoring others.
Tools, Skills, and Technical Experience
- Advanced use of Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
- Working knowledge of UX and UI principles for digital design.
- Strong motion graphics capability using Adobe After Effects or similar tools.
- Video editing experience with software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent.
- Ability to review creative results and use performance insights to improve future work.
