Role Overview

Everlane is hiring a Senior Graphic Designer to join its Creative team in Los Angeles. Reporting to the Creative Director, this role helps shape how the brand appears across digital, retail, and marketing touchpoints while keeping the visual language polished, elevated, and consistent.

What You’ll Do

  • Create and deliver design assets for email, web, paid social, digital marketing, packaging, and retail communications.
  • Work closely with the Creative Director, Art Director, Copywriters, and Marketing teams to build and execute seasonal campaigns, product launches, and broader brand initiatives.
  • Turn creative ideas into refined customer-facing visuals that stay true to the brand system.
  • Support early-stage creative work such as idea development, mood boards, presentations, and campaign planning.
  • Prepare final artwork and production-ready files for both digital and print use.
  • Help advance Everlane’s visual identity through smart design thinking and creative problem-solving.
  • Keep up with shifts in design, fashion, culture, and emerging creative tools and technologies.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in graphic design, ideally in fashion, retail, lifestyle, or consumer-facing brands.
  • A strong portfolio showing skill in branding, digital design, typography, layout, and art direction.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Hands-on experience designing for email, websites, social platforms, and performance marketing.
  • Solid understanding of visual storytelling and brand systems.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across teams and manage several priorities at once.

Additional Information

This is a full-time position based in Everlane’s Los Angeles Creative Studio in the Arts District. The role follows a hybrid schedule with at least three in-office days per week, specifically Tuesday through Thursday. For California candidates, the annual pay range for this position is $76,000 to $120,000. Compensation may differ depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location.
