Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior Go-To-Market Manager to lead and coordinate the commercial and promotional strategies across the EMEA region for Formula E’s innovative racing series. This key leadership position requires managing both strategic and hands-on campaign execution, leveraging data insights and creative approaches to maximize ticket sales and regional brand impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the global Race GTM team, mentoring Americas and APAC GTM Managers, while owning the comprehensive EMEA go-to-market strategy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Communications, Content, Talent, Marketing, and Ticketing teams to unify vision and approach, overseeing agency partnerships to meet ambitious objectives.
• Direct regional paid media and performance marketing efforts, optimizing budget allocation across channels such as social media, search, affiliate, and direct sales platforms.
• Work closely with host city directors and race promoters to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned for maximum brand coherence and conversion, exercising full authority over local tactical marketing decisions.

Candidate Profile

• Proven expertise developing extensive, full-funnel market strategies in sports, entertainment, or rapidly growing global sectors, capable of generating cultural buzz and translating engagement into revenue.
• Strong data-centric approach with experience managing complex performance marketing budgets and diverse media strategies, adept at deep analytics to inform tactical pivots.
• Effective leader with experience managing regional teams and maintaining productive global agency relationships, skilled at uniting cross-functional departments under a single strategic plan.
• Decisive and adaptable in fast-paced settings, capable of taking autonomous rapid actions to optimize campaigns and outcomes.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to navigate complex stakeholder environments, ensuring alignment among diverse internal and external parties for unified commercial growth.

Working Arrangement

This position is hybrid with a requirement to be onsite at the Hammersmith London office three days per week.
