Position Overview
This senior FP&A Manager opportunity offers a key leadership role within the finance team. The manager will oversee a group responsible for delivering commercial and strategic financial insights critical to business operational success. The role includes significant visibility and frequent collaboration with senior executives, allowing a direct influence on major decisions. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team comprising FP&A analysts and senior analysts.
- Build and maintain effective partnerships with critical stakeholders, particularly in budgeting and forecasting tasks.
- Ensure accurate month-end reporting and variance analyses are delivered on schedule.
- Manage the budget, Integrated Business Planning (IBP), and forecast processes while continuously enhancing their outputs.
- Provide insightful financial presentations to senior leadership to inform decision-making.
- Champion automation initiatives and pursue operational improvements within financial workflows.
- Act as the FP&A representative in cross-departmental groups and projects.
- Support senior management through timely, bespoke financial analyses for decision support.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified accountant with a minimum of 6 years of experience post-qualification.
- Proven leadership experience including team management and change facilitation.
- Strong communication skills enabling effective interaction with senior stakeholders and business leaders.
- Demonstrated track record in driving strategic financial insights and enhancing processes.
- Collaborative leadership approach paired with excellent interpersonal abilities.
