Role Overview
This senior finance leadership role is pivotal to LoopMe's commercial strategy and financial management. Reporting directly to the CFO, the Senior FP&A Manager will lead a team of three analysts and be responsible for delivering annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term business plans. They will collaborate closely with the CFO and CEO to translate financial data into actionable insights that drive growth and profitability across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the annual budgeting process, rolling forecasts, and five-year business plans in partnership with executive leadership.
- Prepare consolidated monthly management accounts and lead comprehensive financial reviews, including detailed variance analysis and performance commentary.
- Collaborate with business unit heads to provide financial insights and analytics that enhance revenue growth and optimize profitability.
- Create and maintain board-level reports and KPI frameworks to monitor key business value drivers.
- Partner with Sales and Revenue Operations on pipeline assessments and ensure accurate revenue forecasting.
- Implement AI-powered tools to enhance financial analysis quality, insights, and process efficiency within the finance department.
- Supervise and mentor a team of three analysts, overseeing the quality of their deliverables, workload distribution, and professional development.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Professional accounting qualification such as ACA, CA, or ACCA.
- Advanced skills in financial modelling with the capability to independently build and analyze complex models.
- Proven experience applying AI tools to improve financial analysis, reporting accuracy, or operational efficiency.
- Extensive background in delivering core FP&A functions—budgets, forecasts, and management accounts—within a dynamic business environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, able to convey financial performance and variance insights to senior executives and board members.
Desirable Attributes
- Experience managing or developing a team of financial analysts.
- Familiarity with NetSuite and/or Salesforce platforms.
- Work experience in AdTech, SaaS, or private equity-backed high-growth companies.
