The company operates from Miami, New York City, and Tel Aviv, and supports property owners and managers with tools designed to help them work faster, scale effectively, and receive responsive support.

Role overview

DoorLoop is hiring a Senior FP&A Analyst to join its Finance team in New York. This is an on-site position with direct partnership with the CFO. The role serves as a key financial connector between US operations and the FP&A team based in Israel, with a focus on planning, forecasting, strategic analysis, and support for a fast-moving SaaS business.

The position is well suited to someone who enjoys working in a high-growth environment, translating financial data into practical decisions, and contributing to the financial strategy of a category-leading proptech company.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop, refine, and manage financial models covering annual planning, rolling forecasts, and long-term business planning in collaboration with the Israel-based FP&A team.
  • Work closely with the CFO to produce accurate, timely financial reports and variance analysis comparing actual results against budget and forecast.
  • Create and maintain SaaS performance dashboards that monitor ARR, MRR, churn, CAC, LTV, NRR, and payback period for executive and board-level use.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to build departmental budgets and provide financial support.
  • Contribute to strategic work such as pricing analysis, workforce planning, expansion into new markets, and M&A due diligence when required.
  • Prepare board presentations, investor materials, and executive-level decks with clear, data-supported storytelling.
  • Identify opportunities to improve FP&A processes and increase automation.
  • Act as the local finance contact in the New York office and help maintain coordination between local stakeholders and the Israel finance team.

Requirements

  • 4 to 7 years of FP&A experience, preferably in SaaS or another high-growth technology setting.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and unit economics, including ARR, MRR, churn, CAC, LTV, and NRR.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including the ability to build complex and scalable financial models from the ground up.
  • Experience working with C-suite leaders and preparing financial materials for boards.
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced setting while collaborating across time zones and distributed teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or another quantitative discipline.
  • Background in vendor management, including vendor evaluation, negotiation, relationship management, and spend tracking.
  • Required AI capabilities: practical experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or Gemini to speed up analysis, modeling, and reporting; ability to build or use AI-assisted models, forecasts, and scenario analysis; skill in writing effective prompts and using prompt-engineering methods for structured finance outputs; hands-on use of AI-powered tools, scripts, or agents to automate repetitive FP&A tasks; comfort using AI to draft board materials, investor narratives, and executive commentary with strong judgment to review and refine results; willingness to adopt new AI tools to improve efficiency and insight.
  • Nice-to-have: experience in proptech, real estate, or property management SaaS; exposure to investment banking, private equity, or venture capital with SaaS valuation work; familiarity with cross-border or multi-entity finance operations; experience working with Israeli companies or teams; and experience integrating AI agents or LLM-based automation into finance/accounting processes.

Benefits and compensation

  • Unlimited paid time off, including personal, sick, and vacation days.
  • 401(k) with 4% company match and immediate vesting.
  • Medical coverage through United Healthcare, plus dental and vision coverage through Guardian; dependents are covered at 25% across all plans.
  • Life insurance policy of $100,000 fully covered by the company.
  • Fully paid short-term and long-term disability insurance.
  • Paid maternity and paternity leave for both birth and adoption.
  • Monthly stipend for work-related expenses.
  • Company laptop and premium equipment provided.
  • Competitive base pay with performance bonus and equity participation.
  • Direct exposure to senior leadership, including a reporting line to the CFO.
  • Collaborative, low-ego environment with a high-performing global team across New York and Tel Aviv.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits, plus retirement matching.
  • Generous PTO, paid holidays, and a flexible environment built for deep focus.
  • Opportunity to shape financial strategy at a fast-growing SaaS company.

Compensation

The expected annual salary range for this role is USD 140,000 to 180,000, depending on experience, expertise, and geographic location.
