Role Overview

This full-time, on-site Senior Florist position in Dubai involves leading the design and creation of advanced floral arrangements tailored to daily orders, weddings, corporate events, and more. Key duties include the care and preparation of flowers, inventory oversight, and upholding a tidy, safe workspace. The Senior Florist also guides customers in selecting floral options, executes decorative installations for venues, collaborates with event teams, and ensures the shop meets high visual standards.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Produce sophisticated flower arrangements and event decorations according to client specifications.
• Manage preparation, conditioning, and ongoing care of all florals.
• Monitor and control stock levels, including supplier coordination and inventory tracking.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace at all times.
• Advise customers on appropriate floral choices and maintain a high standard of customer service.
• Collaborate with event teams to execute installations and thematic displays as required.
• Mentor junior staff and support in delivering seasonal promotions or new floral concepts.
• Guarantee timely completion and delivery of floral orders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Expertise in floral design and arrangement for bouquets, centerpieces, and event décor.
• Strong creative abilities, including color matching and developing custom floral themes.
• Solid customer service capability with a professional and communicative approach.
• Skilled in decorating venues, executing in-store displays, and managing floral installations.
• Proven background as a florist, especially in senior or leadership roles, with knowledge of flower care and seasonal varieties.
• Physical readiness for active, on-site work.
• Time management, particularly during high-demand periods.
• Familiarity with inventory management and supply coordination.
• Formal training or certification in floral design is advantageous, as is experience with luxury or event floristry.
