Key Responsibilities

• Support budgeting and forecasting activities, maintain rolling forecasts including cash flow and variance analysis.
• Conduct comprehensive business performance analysis by examining financial and operational data to identify critical business drivers, risks, and opportunities, and present clear recommendations to various stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain sophisticated Excel-based financial models for strategic decisions, scenario planning, and management reporting.
• Assist in commission processing ensuring accuracy and compliance with compensation plans.
• Review accounting data for integrity, accuracy, and timeliness.
• Drive continuous process improvements within finance functions.

Qualifications

• Between 5 and 7 years of experience in finance, financial planning & analysis, or equivalent roles.
• Proficient in advanced Excel features such as pivot tables, complex formulas, power query; knowledge of macros and VBA is a plus.
• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
