Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Finance & Accounts Executive responsible for ensuring the precision of daily accounting activities, bookkeeping, and maintaining financial records. This role involves comprehensive handling of taxation matters including GST filing, reconciliation, Input Tax Credit (ITC), TDS, and Professional Tax, while keeping abreast of relevant statutory requirements and compliance deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping with a focus on accuracy.
- Oversee all taxation processes such as GST submissions, reconciliations, TDS, and Professional Tax compliance.
- Prepare and deliver periodic Management Information System (MIS) reports detailing revenue, receivables, payables, and cash flows to management.
- Assist with financial documentation and regulatory compliance aligned with CPCB, MPCB, and EPR standards.
- Develop and maintain robust internal financial controls ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Work closely with operations and logistics teams to verify invoice correctness and facilitate vendor payments.
Required Skills and Expertise
- In-depth knowledge of accounting fundamentals, MIS reporting, and financial process oversight.
- Practical experience using Tally ERP and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience or familiarity with accounting practices in the e-waste, recycling, or manufacturing sectors is advantageous.
- Strong command of written and spoken English for effective communication.
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and commitment to meeting statutory deadlines.
