Senior Executive/Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition & Staffing

About the Role

We are seeking a talented individual to join the Talent Acquisition & Staffing team within the Human Resources Division at Singapore Airlines. This team is dedicated to crafting and implementing strategic talent acquisition plans aimed at attracting top-tier candidates to our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, selection, extending offers, and onboarding processes for both Flying Crew and Corporate Staff roles.
• Design and execute strategic recruitment pipelines and staffing initiatives to secure qualified talent who align with company needs.
• Continuously assess and enhance recruitment procedures by streamlining and digitalizing processes to improve candidate experience; utilize recruitment metrics to build hiring dashboards, focusing on improving areas such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.
• Collaborate with educational institutions and organizations to build talent pipelines through career fairs, internship programs, and other recruitment events.

Candidate Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
• More than five years of experience in talent acquisition with proven expertise in full-cycle recruitment within fast-paced environments.
• Strong knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication, writing, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems such as SuccessFactors or Workday, along with social media and job board utilization.
• Experience using digital tools, artificial intelligence, and recruitment dashboards is a bonus.
• Experience with recruitment in international or overseas markets is considered advantageous.
