Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end procurement processes for partner launches, including vendor onboarding and registration.
- Manage logistics and ensure smooth warehousing and merchandise delivery aligned with each activation event.
- Recruit, supervise, and train part-time personnel working on-site during activations.
- Monitor expenses and invoicing per partner site; generate comprehensive post-campaign reports.
- Assist in creating and updating operational playbooks, ensuring all materials comply with brand standards and visual guidelines.
- Coordinate with vendors to design and implement merchandising layouts aimed at optimizing customer purchase conversions.
- Lead project management efforts through every stage until launch, maintaining communication with vendors and internal departments, and tracking progress via milestones.
- Set up and update partner content on Contentful for each location mission as necessary.
- Produce operational and retail briefs encompassing FAQs, user journeys, and detailed guides for each activation.
- Support product development by conducting feature testing for partner launches and synthesizing survey feedback into actionable insights.
- Implement customer and partner satisfaction surveys, supporting analytics to monitor CSAT, NPS, product KPIs, OKRs, and related metrics.
- Maintain dashboards tracking total revenue and relevant key success indicators.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Product Design, or a related discipline.
- Extensive knowledge of event planning and product development workflows.
- Proficiency in project management with excellent organizational skills, capable of juggling multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities to efficiently manage diverse stakeholders both internally and externally.
- 5 to 8 years of direct experience managing events or activations from conception through delivery.
- Proven adaptability in startup or early-stage company environments, comfortable with limited resources and evolving information.
- Resilient and agile in dynamic settings, able to balance creative goals with pragmatic execution.
- Well-versed in visual merchandising techniques for engaging event and retail setups.
- Familiar with project management platforms such as Trello, Asana, or Monday.com and tracking milestones effectively.
- Capable of collaborating with cross-functional groups, including marketing, operations, product, and creative teams to ensure flawless activations.
- Experience with customer experience measurement tools like CSAT and NPS.
- Skilled in preparing comprehensive event briefs, FAQs, and user journey documents to facilitate smooth operations.
- Knowledgeable in CMS solutions such as Contentful and basic skills in data analytics and dashboard management.
