About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Senior Executive in Treasury with in-depth experience in invoicing, collections, reconciliations, and treasury operations. The ideal candidate will manage tenant receipts, refunds, bank reconciliations, accounts receivable ageing reports, and customer invoicing with a high level of accuracy and efficiency. Collaboration with internal teams, site staff, and customers to address finance-related discrepancies and to support collections is essential. This position demands a detail-focused professional comfortable in a dynamic, deadline-driven work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Issue and dispatch customer invoices adhering to company guidelines and timelines.
- Maintain accurate tenant, customer, and debtor ledgers and ensure balances are correct.
- Prepare and analyze weekly accounts receivable ageing reports to track outstanding payments.
- Assist in collection efforts and follow up on delayed receivables.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve disputes, and manage payment issues in a professional manner.
- Process tenant deposits and rental refunds using banking portals and ensure timely uploads into accounting and tenant transaction platforms.
- Perform bank reconciliations, investigate any discrepancies, and coordinate with site staff to resolve issues.
- Ensure tenant transaction records align accurately across accounting systems and tenant software.
- Identify inconsistencies in financial data and suggest corrective actions to improve processes.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and ensure audit trails for all financial transactions.
- Act as liaison with clients and internal teams to solve financial and operational concerns.
- Support sales and customer service departments in facilitating timely collection efforts.
- Collaborate with clients to recommend system improvements as needed.
- Provide requested documents and information for internal and external audits, supporting audit queries.

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable, Treasury, or a similar finance role.
- Strong grasp of accounting principles, collection techniques, invoicing, and reconciliation processes.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel including using formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and analytical tools.
- Exceptional analytical capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and perform under pressure in fast-paced settings.
- Familiarity with accounting software, banking portals, and finance-related technologies.
Eligibility
Applicants should hold a B.Com in any specialization or a B.B.A. / B.M.S. degree in any discipline.
