Job Overview

The Senior Executive - Sales role is based in HSR Layout, Sector 6, Bengaluru. This permanent position requires candidates to have 1 to 5 years of experience and focuses on delivering a smooth home-buying journey by understanding client needs and promoting suitable real estate options.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify customer requirements and suggest appropriate properties.
• Organize and conduct site visits along with detailed property presentations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring high satisfaction levels.
• Meet assigned sales targets and keep thorough records of sales activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Between 1 to 5 years of relevant sales experience, ideally within real estate.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation capabilities.
• Goal-oriented approach with an emphasis on building lasting customer relationships.
• Must have a two-wheeler and be prepared to travel for site visits.
• Education: Bachelor degrees such as B.Lit, B.Sc, B.Tech/B.E., B.A, Bachelor of Liberal Arts, B.Com, B.Ed, or B.C.A. across any specialization.
