What the role calls for
- Managing collections reporting with accurate invoice-wise outstanding statements from Dynamics, while clearing unapplied items and ensuring TDS is posted before reports are shared.
- Handling quarterly TDS reconciliations and mapping collections correctly at the invoice level across banks and payment gateways.
- Completing daily bank reconciliations and supporting financial as well as legal due diligence activities with timely data.
- Performing sales reconciliations and posting entries in Dynamics without mismatches.
- Sending quarterly balance confirmations to clients, resolving differences, and clearing suspense balances such as those linked to Razorpay and similar accounts.
- Coordinating bank account setup, changes, and closures within agreed SLA timelines.
- Maintaining monthly fixed deposit interest workings to support accurate accrual accounting.
- Passing opening, reversal, and closing provision entries for MIS reporting.
- Processing and validating India client onboarding forms in line with internal compliance requirements.
- Working with business, sales, and legal teams to keep processes smooth and aligned.
- Identifying automation opportunities and suggesting process improvements proactively.
Candidate profile
The ideal candidate is a B.Com, M.Com, or semi-qualified Chartered Accountant with 2 to 6 years of experience in finance and accounts. The person should have practical exposure to order-to-cash processes, collections management, TDS and GST compliance, reconciliations, ERP systems, banking gateways, and reporting tools. Strong Excel skills and the ability to handle large data sets efficiently are important.
Eligibility
Candidates with a B.Com degree in Applied Commerce, Accounting, Account and Finance, Auditing, or Accounting and Taxation are eligible to apply.
Key strengths needed
The role requires a detail-oriented professional who can work accurately in a fast-paced setting, maintain zero-mismatch reconciliations, and close reporting activities on time. Good collaboration skills and a continuous improvement mindset are essential.
