About the Role
R Systems is seeking a seasoned Senior Executive to join our team in Singapore, focusing on New Business Operations within the Life Insurance sector. This position is an on-site role in a reputed multinational company, offering a fixed monthly salary of up to SGD 6200.
Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive process improvements across New Business operations.
- Assist in system enhancement initiatives, including user acceptance testing, data validation, and verifying successful deployment.
- Identify and resolve operational and system issues while liaising closely with IT departments.
- Promote and support digital onboarding procedures and process automation projects.
- Engage collaboratively with business units and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree qualification in Business, Insurance, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Demonstrated exposure to Life Insurance New Business operations.
- Practical experience managing system enhancements, UAT, and resolving issues effectively.
- Solid grasp of the entire New Business process workflow.
