Position Overview

The Senior Executive - Interiors & Design will play a pivotal role in elevating StayVista's design initiatives. This position demands proficiency in crafting decor mood boards, styling for photo shoots, and ensuring all setups meet the brand's stringent quality standards. Responsibilities include managing procurement activities for sourcing materials and decor, leading full-scope design tasks that transform innovative ideas into reality, and reinforcing the brand’s identity through creative interior solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and present mood boards illustrating interior design and décor concepts for various StayVista properties.
• Advocate for design enhancements and persuade homeowners to invest in upgrades that elevate property value.
• Manage complete interior design projects including construction, builds, and renovations.
• Coordinate the sourcing of décor elements and establish standardized vendor partnerships within the region.
• Lead interior styling efforts for property setups and organize photoshoots to ensure brand consistency.
• Travel to project locations for client presentations, photoshoots, and property preparation.
• Oversee data management, procurement operations, and supervise relevant activities effectively.

Candidate Profile

• Strong aesthetic intuition combined with awareness of contemporary styling trends and prominent décor brands.
• Prior experience as an interior stylist is advantageous.
• Deep passion for designing and styling residential environments.
• Proven abilities in client interaction and interior project management.
• Capacity to manage dynamic work demands and meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Proficiency with design and productivity software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, Adobe Photoshop, MS Office, Google Suite, and Canva.
• A bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Styling, Architecture, or related field.
• Willingness to support Owner and Guest Management tasks as required by the organization.
