Senior Executive, Industry-Based Training (ITE Headquarters) - 2 Year Contract

Role overview

Institute of Technical Education (ITE) is looking for a Senior Executive to support the Industry-Based Training Division at its Headquarters in Singapore. This position focuses on strengthening relationships with industry partners and helping drive workplace learning, training, and workforce development efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Source for and connect with potential industry partners to work with ITE on workplace learning programmes and training schemes.
• Assist companies in assessing their training needs and suggest appropriate ITE programmes and solutions.
• Work with participating organisations to build and maintain meaningful training opportunities for ITE trainees.
• Collect and share information on industry trends, workforce requirements, and developments in workplace learning.
• Partner with internal teams to plan and roll out workplace learning programmes and related initiatives.
• Handle administrative and operational tasks that help ensure smooth programme execution.

Candidate profile

• You should bring at least 2 years of experience in Business Development, Marketing, or Sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are important for this role.
• Project management experience is required.
• Comfort with digital tools, including Microsoft Office Suite, is expected.
• Experience or familiarity with AI tools, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and Data Analytics/Visualisation will be an advantage.

Contract information

This is a 2-year full-time contract based onsite in Singapore.
