Role Overview
This position is for a Senior Executive in Finance & Accounts based in Bengaluru. The role focuses on receivables tracking, collection support, revenue accounting, management reporting, and coordination with internal finance and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyse debtors, EMDs, retention money, and other receivable balances.
- Partner with business teams to spot overdue collections and drive follow-up actions.
- Prepare monthly ageing reports, overdue statements, and collection forecasts for management review.
- Support revenue recognition activities and help maintain accurate accounts receivable reporting.
- Assist with MIS reporting, variance checks, and margin tracking.
- Help process payments and approvals while following company policy requirements.
- Work with the finance and accounts team on reconciliations and data alignment, acting as a link between finance and business teams.
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant should already understand the responsibilities listed above and be comfortable handling finance operations, reporting, and coordination across teams.
Eligibility
Applicants should hold a B.Com degree in one of the following areas: Banking and Bank Management, Accounting, Account and Finance, Auditing, Banking and Insurance, or Accounting and Taxation.
Compensation
The annual salary range is INR 5,00,000 to INR 6,00,000.
