Job description

About the Role

Marina Bay Sands is looking for a digital marketing professional to support museum and attractions marketing initiatives in Singapore. This role sits within a fast-paced environment where you will work with internal teams and external partners to plan, run, analyse, and improve digital campaigns that support business goals across the resort.

Campaign Strategy and Planning

  • Serve as the main digital media contact for internal teams by aligning campaign goals, KPIs, timelines, and success measures.
  • Run stakeholder briefings to capture requirements, set priorities, and convert them into clear media and channel plans.
  • Work with the marketing team to build integrated omnichannel plans and suggest solutions that support agreed business outcomes.
  • Design and execute cross-channel campaigns to attract, engage, and convert audiences through paid search, programmatic display, paid social, email, and external partners.
  • Own campaign delivery from start to finish, coordinating with internal teams and partners such as media agencies, creative teams, content teams, and platform providers to meet deadlines and quality expectations.
  • Manage agencies through briefing, KPI setting, performance reviews, reporting, and governance so campaigns run smoothly and perform well.
  • Create audience journey and funnel frameworks to define cross-channel strategy, messaging, and measurement across awareness, consideration, and conversion stages.
  • Identify suitable first-party audience segments for campaign targeting.
  • Ensure paid, owned, and offline touchpoints follow governance and best practices covering brand safety, privacy, frequency, tracking, and brand suitability, while still delivering a strong consumer experience.
  • Lead structured test-and-learn programmes across audiences, creative, and media tactics to improve effectiveness and business impact over time.
  • Research market trends, audience behaviour, competitors, best practices, and marketing technology to strengthen media recommendations and improve engagement and conversions.

Performance Marketing

  • Support traffic-acquisition efforts for the company website and other Marina Bay Sands properties to help drive conversions and campaign targets across business units and markets while maintaining cost efficiency.
  • Continuously refine bids, budgets, targeting, and channel mix using performance data to improve conversion rates and campaign KPIs.
  • Recommend experiments for creatives, landing pages, media formats, audiences, and partners to strengthen learning and performance.
  • Ensure the customer journey from ad exposure through to website conversion is smooth and supports faster decisions and higher conversions.

Analytics and Reporting

  • Prepare regular performance reports across paid channels and business outcomes, with clear insights, context, and recommended next steps for stakeholders.
  • Review campaign results across markets using paid media and Google Analytics, assessing performance by channel, audience, creative, website engagement, and landing-page experience to inform future optimisation.
  • Gather and combine relevant data from different sources for analysis and consolidated reporting.
  • Maintain strong website tagging and media tracking practices to accurately measure campaign performance.
  • Support implementation and upkeep of website and campaign tracking setups to keep data reliable.
  • Present campaign performance findings to stakeholders by market, channel, audience, and creative, and suggest changes to improve incremental impact.
  • Prepare executive-level materials such as data summaries, points of view, and post-campaign reports to support decision-making.

Education, Experience, and Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related discipline is required.
  • At least 3 years of experience in digital or performance marketing, with direct hands-on management of paid media across search, programmatic display/video, paid social, and email.
  • Experience working across projects and stakeholders, with the ability to guide discussions toward shared outcomes.
  • Broad marketing knowledge with a strong digital foundation and practical experience.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, strategy, and current online channel trends.
  • Excellent analytical ability, with the skill to turn data into clear recommendations that influence business decisions and strategy.
  • Ability to solve problems and handle troubleshooting in a busy, changing environment.
  • High attention to detail, strong organisation, and the ability to manage several priorities at once.
  • Strong project, stakeholder, vendor, and agency management skills, with proactive communication and timely execution.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain data, channel best practices, and recommendations to stakeholders and partners.
  • Strong understanding of paid media platforms and activation concepts such as campaign structure, audience targeting and remarketing, brand safety, and measurement, with a strong optimisation mindset.
  • Working knowledge of web analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Genuine interest in technology and its use in digital marketing, especially for improving efficiency, performance, and customer experience.
  • Interest in museums, attractions, and entertainment experiences is highly valued when viewed in the context of supporting the resort’s broader business goals.

Company Commitment
