Senior Executive – Commercial Growth Marketing

Role overview

Al Jazeera Media Network is hiring a Senior Executive for Commercial Growth Marketing to strengthen revenue growth through focused marketing activity, lead generation, and support for sales initiatives. This role partners closely with the Commercial Sales team to build integrated campaigns, attract qualified prospects, produce persuasive sales content, and promote the organization’s advertising, sponsorship, and partnership solutions in the market.

Contract details

This is a 6 to 12 month contract based in Doha, Qatar.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver marketing activity designed to generate leads and support commercial growth.
• Assist business development efforts through targeted marketing programs.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, case studies, and related sales-support materials.
• Run coordinated campaigns across digital channels, events, partnerships, and client-facing engagement touchpoints.
• Monitor campaign results, performance indicators, and lead conversion data.
• Research the market to uncover new commercial opportunities.
• Contribute to CRM usage, client engagement initiatives, sponsorship activity, and industry event participation.

Candidate profile

The ideal applicant brings strong commercial marketing experience and can work effectively with sales and stakeholder groups. Experience in media, advertising, broadcasting, telecom, digital, or agency settings is preferred. The role also calls for fluency in both English and Arabic.
