This Senior Executive position within the SGO Business Unit offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to manufacturing operations at the Halol-I facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Authorized signatory and verifier for critical production documents including Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), BMR Requisition, and BMR Issuance Logbooks.
- Approved checker/verifier for documents such as finished product logbooks.
- Prepare and revise new and existing BMRs timely to maintain compliance.
- Assist in the creation and implementation of Change Controls, Corrective Action Plans, and preparation of new equipment documentation.
- Manage corrective and preventive actions effectively to uphold process integrity.
- Ensure adherence to in-process control instructions as outlined in BMR and MBMR documents.
- Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), BMRs, logbooks, and protocols, including training staff to ensure comprehensive compliance.
- Oversee and monitor the Environmental Monitoring System (EMS), reviewing reports daily, including action and alert limits, and maintenance breakdowns.
- Maintain daily production records including machine utilization rates to support operational transparency.
- Train technicians and supervisors on new and revised BMRs aligned with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Prepare and manage process performance qualification and validation protocols along with study protocols.
- Conduct risk assessments such as Failure Mode and Effects Analysis for products and processes.
- Undergo scheduled functional and cGMP training, including any additional training deemed necessary.
- Perform additional duties assigned by the department head, provided relevant training has been completed.

Travel Requirement: Minimal travel expected.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant industrial experience.
