Role Summary
The Senior Executive Assistant will provide senior-level administrative and strategic support to top leaders, such as CXOs, VPs, and SVPs, in a fast-moving IT environment. The position calls for strong planning, communication, and technology skills to handle multiple priorities, coordinate across teams, and keep business operations running smoothly.
Executive Support
- Oversee demanding calendars, meetings, and appointments across different time zones.
- Arrange travel within the country and abroad, covering flights, visas, hotels, and complete itineraries.
- Work closely with executive leadership teams and coordinate with senior offices including the CEO, CFO, and other key stakeholders.
- Build presentations, reports, and briefing documents for leadership meetings.
- Review, sort, and prioritize emails, calls, and other correspondence.
- Serve as a key contact for both internal teams and external partners.
Meeting and Event Coordination
- Plan executive sessions, board meetings, and leadership review meetings.
- Set agendas, record minutes, and monitor follow-up actions through completion.
- Support town halls, client visits, and internal events.
- Ensure collaboration tools such as MS Teams are set up and used effectively.
- Partner with other executive assistants across the business to coordinate large-scale meetings and events.
Stakeholder Management
- Handle sensitive business information with complete confidentiality.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships across functions such as HR, Finance, and IT.
Communication and Reporting
- Draft polished business communications, including emails and presentations.
- Prepare recurring reports, executive summaries, and status updates.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication across the team.
Technical and Functional Requirements
The role requires strong command of Microsoft Office tools, familiarity with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint, a working understanding of IT language and processes, and experience using calendar and task-management systems.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in any discipline is required. The role is best suited to candidates with 10 to 20 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally in IT or BPO settings, and with previous support experience for senior executives or leadership teams.

Compensation and Benefits
The annual base salary for this position is $85,000 to $95,000, depending on experience and other qualifications. The role is also eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to performance and the terms of the applicable plans.
