Role overview
This opportunity is for a Senior Executive Assistant to support the Global Head of Human Capital at a major international investment firm. The position is high-visibility and central to the executive’s daily effectiveness, while also offering occasional exposure to a dynamic COO. The successful person will serve as a trusted partner, helping organize priorities, simplify workflows, and maintain smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-moving environment.
What you will do
- Manage a demanding calendar across several time zones with a high degree of precision.
- Arrange international travel and handle expense administration end to end.
- Act as a gatekeeper and strategic thought partner for the executive.
- Support presentations, PowerPoint decks, and wider project-based work, including AI-related initiatives.
- Track and advance important initiatives so they remain organized and on schedule.
- Provide occasional secondary support to the COO when required.

Requirements
- 10 to 20+ years of experience providing one-to-one executive support at a senior level.
- Background supporting C-suite or similarly senior leadership.
- A refined, mature professional presence with excellent discretion.
- Strong organizational capability and confidence managing multiple priorities at once.
- A partnership mindset with the ability to anticipate needs before they are raised.
- Comfort contributing to presentations and project-oriented work.
Additional details
This is a hybrid position with a schedule aligned to the executive: three days in New York City and two days in Greenwich each week. The compensation package includes a base salary of up to $200,000 plus bonus, along with 401(k), free breakfast, lunch, and snacks, 15 days of PTO, and 7 sick days.
