About the Role
This remote Executive Assistant position supports senior C-suite leaders with a mix of administrative, operational, and strategic work. The role is designed to keep executive operations running efficiently by managing schedules, coordinating communications, supporting projects, and handling sensitive information with care.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee executive calendars, appointments, and meeting coordination.
- Set up meetings across different time zones and manage scheduling conflicts.
- Plan travel and related logistics when needed.
- Prepare, edit, and organize executive emails, presentations, and other communications.
- Build meeting agendas and follow through on action items.
- Assist with cross-functional initiatives and track progress against key milestones.
- Work closely with internal teams and external contacts to maintain strong working relationships.
- Handle confidential files, records, and executive documentation securely.
- Create reports, summaries, and presentation decks for leadership review.
- Process expense reports and support budget tracking activities.
- Help streamline workflows and maintain standard operating procedures.
- Take on special assignments and urgent executive requests as needed.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior Administrative Assistant is expected.
- Background supporting C-level executives is required.
- Strong ability to organize work and coordinate multiple projects is important.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
- Must be able to handle confidential information responsibly and discreetly.
- Strong multitasking and time management skills are needed.
- Advanced command of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
