Role Overview
This HR role is based in Hyderabad and is suited to an HRBP professional with experience in manufacturing, automobile, or EMS environments. The position focuses on employee engagement, grievance handling, recruitment support, statutory compliance, and HR reporting.
Responsibilities
- Create and roll out initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and encourage open, two-way communication across all levels of the workforce.
- Address employee concerns and grievances, and work toward timely resolution by coordinating with employees, managers, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Support and manage hiring activities to help bring in suitable talent for different roles within the organization.
- Ensure adherence to employment laws, labour requirements, and other applicable statutory and industry compliance standards.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports as required.
Requirements
- 7 to 9 years of experience in an HRBP or comparable HR role, preferably in the manufacturing, automobile, or EMS sector.
- Strong knowledge of employee engagement practices and the ability to design activities that improve workplace outcomes.
- Effective communication skills for managing sensitive issues, employee conflict, and grievance resolution.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain statutory compliance across multiple jurisdictions, where applicable.
