  • Solicit and assess quotations from subcontractors, suppliers, and specialist trades to prepare competitive and well-supported tenders.
  • Collaborate closely with commercial, design, and operational teams to ensure estimates align with proposed construction methodologies.

  • Compile and deliver tender submissions including notes on qualifications, exclusions, and clarifications.

  • Experience as a Senior Estimator, Senior Quantity Surveyor, or a qualified Estimator/QS seeking advancement.
  • Strong familiarity with NEC contracts and other standard contract forms.
  • Expertise in reading and interpreting civil and structural drawings and specifications.
  • Membership or progression towards RICS, ICES, or CIOB accreditation is advantageous.
  • High numerical proficiency, attention to accuracy and detail, plus robust commercial insight.

  • Flexible hybrid working arrangement with only one day required onsite weekly.
  • Competitive contributory pension scheme exceeding market standards.
  • Life assurance, health screenings, and enhanced sick pay provisions.
