Role Overview
The Senior Engineer in the Toolroom will be responsible for developing and maintaining tooling related to faucet manufacturing. This includes designing faucet dies, machining fixtures, and creating plating fixtures for the organic line. Collaboration with the production team to coordinate routing and tooling requirements is also an essential part of the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and tooling development.
- Design and correct Faucet Die and machining fixtures.
- Develop new plating fixtures specifically for the organic production line.
- Work closely with the Production team to manage routing and tooling needs effectively.
Required Skills and Expertise
- Proficient in Creo software (including Sketcher, Drafting, Part Modeling, Surface Modeling, and Assembly).
- Experienced with Cimatron and AutoCAD for tooling designs.
- Competent in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must possess a B.Tech or B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering to apply.
