Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Engineer specializing in Sales and Marketing to join our team at Era IT Solution, an automotive components manufacturer based in Manesar, India. The role focuses on client relationship management and sales of powertrain and other OEM components within the automotive sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle sales processes and cost analysis for auto OEMs in the powertrain and OEM components domain.
- Manage Request for Proposals (RFP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) activities to support business growth.
- Acquire new client accounts and maintain strong communication with stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary customer point of contact (SPOC) and coordinate internally to meet client requirements.
- Utilize SAP systems for various sales and accounting tasks, including Accounts Receivable (AR).
Candidate Profile
- Female candidates with prior experience in sales or business development, particularly handling OEM clients such as MSIL, Tata, and Mahindra, are preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) in any specialization is required.
