Job description
Position Overview
We are seeking a proficient Senior Electrician to manage advanced electrical installations, perform troubleshooting, and execute preventive maintenance throughout the facility.
Required Experience and Education
- A minimum of 4 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Educational qualifications include Diploma or ITI certification in Electrical Engineering.
Key Duties
- Identify and resolve complex electrical issues with machinery, lighting, and power distribution equipment.
- Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance activities and maintain precise documentation.
- Provide mentorship and assistance to junior electricians especially during equipment failures.
- Adhere strictly to electrical safety standards and regulations in all tasks performed.
Compensation and Evaluation
The offered salary, ranging between 20,000 and 24,000 INR per month, will be finalized based on the applicant's technical expertise, practical field experience, capabilities in troubleshooting and MEP systems, leadership qualities, communication skills, adherence to safety, and overall productivity assessed during the interview.
