Role Responsibilities

• Lead diverse teams and projects, maintaining direct engagement with clients.
• Provide design direction and mentorship to junior electrical engineers.
• Manage electrical building services from initial concept to detailed design, construction oversight, and project completion.
• Collaborate with team members to produce technical drawings and detailed specifications.
• Contribute to comprehensive technical reporting.
• Conduct calculations for distribution transformer sizing, standby power systems, uninterruptible power supplies, lighting, and cable dimensions.
• Advise other disciplines regarding electrical system requirements.

Candidate Profile

Applicants should have a consulting background with enthusiasm for building professional networks and client relationships. Candidates must be qualified Electrical Engineers experienced in Building Services, skilled in technical design and project management, and motivated to problem-solve proactively within team environments.

• At least six years’ experience in low voltage electrical Building Services design and/or commissioning.
• Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) status or actively pursuing this accreditation.
• Keen interest in leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Competency in software such as PowerCAD, AGI32, Bluebeam, and preferably Revit.
• Knowledge of Australian/New Zealand standards is advantageous.
• A problem-solving mindset combined with positivity and proactivity.
