Senior E-Commerce Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior E-commerce Executive/Manager with 3 to 6 years of experience to independently oversee marketplace operations across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, and other relevant online portals. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in product listing management, order fulfillment, returns handling, claims processing, account health maintenance, basic accounting, and day-to-day coordination of marketplace activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of e-commerce operations on major platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and Myntra.
• Create, update, and optimize product listings including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory levels.
• Manage daily order processing, coordinate dispatches, and handle marketplace panel activities.
• Monitor and handle returns, return-to-origin (RTO), refunds, cancellations, and customer complaints effectively.
• File and track marketplace claims such as product return claims, missing product claims, SPF/Safe-T claims, reimbursement claims, and payment disputes.
• Maintain account health by tracking performance metrics, seller ratings, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate workflow between warehouse, dispatch, accounts, and customer support teams.
• Maintain meticulous stock, sales, returns, and payment reconciliation reports.
• Review marketplace settlements, deductions, penalties, commissions, and payment information.
• Perform basic accounting activities related to online sales, including invoice management, GST details, and payment reconciliation.
• Implement and manage promotions, deals, advertising campaigns, and pricing updates as dictated by company strategy.
• Prepare detailed weekly and monthly reports covering sales, returns, claims, inventory, and overall marketplace performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficient with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho Supplier Panel, and Myntra Seller Panel.
• Comprehensive understanding of e-commerce returns, refund processing, claims handling, and seller protection mechanisms.
• Basic accounting knowledge including payment reconciliation, GST invoicing, and sales report analysis.
• Capacity to juggle multiple marketplace platforms independently and efficiently.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Highly responsible, organized, and able to perform under tight deadlines.

Preferred Experience

Experience in product categories such as beauty, salon, fashion, accessories, grooming, or personal care products is advantageous. Candidates must demonstrate ownership of marketplace operations aimed at enhancing sales, maximizing claims recovery, and improving overall account performance.
