Role overview
This senior leadership position is focused on directing the full supply chain function for a fast-growing, highly regulated manufacturing business. The role combines long-range strategy with day-to-day operational oversight, covering planning, inventory, distribution, supplier coordination, and overall performance management. It is suited to a seasoned supply chain executive who can improve operational outcomes, strengthen global supply networks, and guide teams in a dynamic environment.
What you will do
- Set both strategic direction and hands-on leadership across all supply chain activities.
- Create and put into action supply chain plans that advance growth, quality, dependability, and operational performance.
- Manage planning, inventory control, distribution, and logistics functions.
- Work with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners to improve results and maintain supply continuity.
- Make sure manufacturing limits, production schedules, and inventory targets stay aligned with company goals.
- Spot operational risks early and lead improvement efforts throughout the supply chain.
- Build, coach, and lead teams in Supply Chain, Planning, and Distribution.
- Partner closely with operations, quality, engineering, and executive stakeholders.
- Track KPIs and take corrective action when performance needs to improve.
- Lead continuous improvement work that supports efficiency, scale, and customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to enterprise growth plans and broader organizational objectives.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, Finance, Healthcare, or a closely related discipline is required.
- At least 15 years of leadership experience in supply chain roles within regulated manufacturing settings is required.
- Demonstrated success in leading strong teams and cross-functional programs.
- Background in global supply chain operations, logistics, and supplier management is preferred.
- Strong abilities in leadership, communication, coaching, and employee development.
- Proven experience improving processes and driving operational excellence.
- Well-developed problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Ability to build productive relationships across departments and with outside partners.
- Experience in highly regulated manufacturing environments is preferred.
- A master’s degree is preferred.

Compensation
The base salary range is $180K to $240K+, plus bonus potential.
