- Set and implement engineering and architecture strategies with clear, opinionated direction.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop diverse, high-achieving teams and future leaders, fostering a culture of accountability and continual growth.
- Collaborate effectively within Product–Design–Engineering triads translating business objectives into scalable technical solutions.
- Engage cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Finance, Data, Security, Privacy teams and global markets.
- Oversight of B2B and consumer digital products evolution, including platforms such as LES MILLS+, IX portal and marketing studio, virtual fitness solutions, and more.
- Guide DevOps practices underpinning workflows and system management across engineering domains.
Required Experience and Skills
- Over 15 years of experience in software engineering with a minimum of 8 years in engineering leadership roles.
- Extensive track record managing teams involved in enterprise-grade, distributed, mobile, and web application development.
- Exceptional communication skills suitable for all organizational levels, including executive management.
- Proficient in setting and monitoring technical objectives, service level agreements, and performance metrics.
