Senior Director, Global Logistics Transformation

Role Overview

We are looking for a senior logistics transformation leader for our client in the manufacturing sector, based in Singapore. The selected professional will own the full logistics execution landscape and lead the company’s worldwide logistics transformation agenda across manufacturing and supply chain functions.

This position is focused on improving how the global logistics network operates by advancing network design, digital capabilities, process efficiency, and operating standards. The aim is to strengthen service levels, improve scalability, and reduce costs across the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end logistics operations across the global business.
• Lead the execution of the organisation’s logistics transformation roadmap.
• Improve logistics network design to support efficiency and scalability.
• Drive digital adoption and process enhancement initiatives within logistics.
• Strengthen operational performance through continuous improvement practices.
• Manage warehousing, transport, inventory, and 3PL governance effectively.
• Partner with senior leaders and other stakeholders to align strategy and execution.
• Champion change management and best-in-class operational standards.

Requirements

• At least 15 years of leadership experience in logistics and supply chain, with current director-level responsibility.
• Background in manufacturing, ideally industrial manufacturing or consumer goods manufacturing.
• Demonstrated success in global logistics transformation, network optimisation, and digitalisation programmes.
• Hands-on expertise in warehousing, transportation, inventory control, and third-party logistics management.
• Strong interest in technology and its application in logistics and supply chain.
• Proven experience in Lean Six Sigma, operational excellence, and change management.
• Engineering background preferred.
• Excellent executive communication, influencing, and leadership skills.
• Open to foreign candidates willing to relocate to Singapore.
