Qiddiya Investment Company is at the forefront of developing entertainment and leisure destinations in Saudi Arabia. We are looking for a visionary Senior Director of Entertainment Strategy to lead the strategic planning for our entertainment assets, ensuring that visitors enjoy exceptional and memorable experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Senior Executive Director of Entertainment Strategy in formulating and implementing the comprehensive strategy for entertainment assets, aiming to meet the portfolio's goals and vision.
- Supervise the early design phases, from pre-concept through concept development, of new entertainment properties to guarantee alignment with Qiddiya's entertainment standards and financial targets.
- Drive research and development of innovative entertainment concepts to include in Qiddiya City's entertainment asset mix; assess value proposition, feasibility, and draft high-level execution plans.
- Oversee vendors, intellectual property licensors, and third parties to ensure their outputs align with the overarching project vision and briefing documents.
- Develop initial operational launch strategies covering areas like operating models, pricing structures, marketing, and workforce planning, offering support to other Qiddiya departments.
- Create presentations and supporting documents required for obtaining approvals from governance bodies, senior management, and the Board of Directors.
- Collaborate closely with the Entertainment Business Unit and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery aligning with directives from senior leadership.
- Set and track key performance indicators for development, business performance, financials, and operations to maintain consistency with project goals.
- Prepare and supervise yearly budgets, recruitment plans, strategic initiatives, and implementation schedules relevant to the entertainment strategy division.
Qualifications and Experience
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a closely related discipline.
- Minimum of 15 years' professional experience in entertainment strategy, asset management, or comparable fields.
